PHOTO REQUIREMENTS — Photos should be 200 dpi, no more than 250 KB in size, in color and of good quality. Images must also be in the format .jpg. Photos should be no more than 600 pixels wide and in RGB format. If you get a message that your image is too large when you attempt to upload this form try re-saving your image with 30 percent compression. Depending on the size of your image and the speed of your connection, the upload process may take a while. Do not press the back button or close this page before the "thank you page" displays or your submission will not go through.
